ABOUT THE SALT: THE RAINFOREST FLOR DE SAL IS HAND-HARVESTED OFF THE COAST OF Vancouver Island FROM THE MOTHER BRINE IN SMALL BATCHES, PRODUCING A DELICATE FLAKE. 

HOW TO USE: BY THE SPOONFUL (YUM), IN COFFEE, HOT CHOCOLATES, VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM, OR SPREAD ON YOUR FAVOURITE TREAT OR TOAST.
