Creamed Coffee Martini


1/4 cup water
1/4 cup creamed coffee honey
1 tbsp vanilla extraction 
coconut sugar
1 ounce espresso
3 tbsp kahlua 
2 tbsp vodka


Boil water, creamed coffee honey. and vanilla extract for 2-3 minutes. With a percolator prepare 1 cup of espresso. Rim glass with coconut sugar and set aside. In a shaker, vigorously mix 3 tsp honey syrup with ice, vodka, kahlua, and espresso and serve. Adapted from @halfbakedharvest

We use a coffee bean grown by Carolinas Columbia in Columbia and roasted in Peterborough - for a smooth, delicious, coffee flavor whipped into our clover honey. This forces the honey to crystallize very finely, giving it a smooth, buttery consistency.
