About this experience

HARVEST DINNER - CAMPKITCHEN x HUNNABEES
Sunday September 7th/25 from 3-9pm

Join us as Chef Tyler Scott of CAMPKITCHEN presents a 5 course culinary tour through the hive prepared over the fire under the Full Harvest Moon. The evening will begin with an intimate hive tour in our custom slovenian bee cabin. Observe and learn about nectar, honey, honeycomb, pollen, propolis and more in the hive, while sipping honey sodas and enjoying honey inspired amuse bouche. We will then take a seat at the harvest table nestled among the gardens beneath the Full Harvest Moon to experience raw honey, bee pollen, propolis, and honeycomb infused into local, in season fare. Combining locally raised meats, farm fresh dairy & cheese, and celebrating the summers harvest with seasonal vegetables, florals and fruits, hand foraged lemonades, herbal teas and hive infused sodas round out each course. This harvest dinner will celebrate the bounty of the hive, of the land, and shared gratitude for connection and local food. About the hosts:

HUNNABEES
Meet Dave and Keri Nicolaou, third-generation beekeepers at Hunnabees Honey & Co., as they guide you through their 100-acre Millbrook, Ontario farm, sharing a fresh perspective on health, healing, and nature through sustainable beekeeping. Rooted in a family legacy spanning over five decades, they combine the highest quality raw honey with farm-fresh herbs, emphasizing local ecology and restorative farming practices. As multi-generational stewards of the land, Dave and Keri are dedicated to nurturing healthy hives, native meadows, and community connections through their innovative education programs and eco-conscious products. Their mission is to lead in sustainable agriculture, fostering a deeper bond with the environment and the pollinators that sustain it.

CAMPKITCHEN
After selling their fine dining restaurant in Peterborough, ON, Tyler Scott and his wife Kassy traded fancy table etiquette for laid back campfires, setting out on a one-of-a-kind outdoor food adventure. Together, they built CAMPKITCHEN—an outdoor lifestyle brand made for epic meals under open skies, real-deal storytelling, and hands-on cooking know-how. From their own line of rugged outdoor kitchen gear to a blog packed with recipes and trip tales, they’re all about fuelling your adventure. The team has since grown, welcoming Richard Tosh of Tosh Self Propelled, whose backcountry expertise adds even more depth to their wild food mission. And with their game-changing freeze-dried food line set to launch in early 2026, the journey is just getting started.

Chef Tyler Scott lives for the crackle of the fire and the taste of the season’s freshest ingredients. Rooted in a love for local food and the stories it carries, he turns every meal into an adventure. Whether guiding small groups through unforgettable outdoor experiences or cooking solo deep in the backcountry, he shares his best CAMPKITCHEN tips to help you master and fall in love with the wild side of outdoor cooking.

“My goal is to empower people to escape the stresses of everyday life and embrace some much-needed healing time outdoors. After all, delicious food plays a huge role in that emotional experience." - Tyler Scott
