Honey Garlic Knots
Mix yeast, water and buckwheat honey in a bowl and sit for a few minutes until foamy. Add oil, flours, 2 tsp salt, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tbsp of parsley. Mix and add more flour to clean sides of the bowl. Knead for 3 minutes. Grease a bowl, place the mixture and let set in the oven with the light on for 60-90 minutes to rise. Combine butter, 1 tbsp of parsley, 1/2 tsp of salt, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Knead the dough down, pull off golf ball sized balls, cover in the butter mixture. Place in bottom of a greased bundt pan. After each layer, sprinkle parmesan cheese over each layer. Bake at 350F for 25-30 min until golden brown. Enjoy!
