BBQ Buckwheat Ribs

BBQ Buckwheat Ribs


1/4 cup buckwheat honey
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp salt 
2 1/2 tsp cajun 
1 tsp paprika
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
3 cloves minced garlic


Preheat oven to 395. Place ingredients for sauce in a small pot, stir and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low and stir until thickened. Cook ribs until tender, baste with bbq sauce. Place on a baking tray + bake to caramelize sauce, turn over to caramelize underside. Baste again before serving.
