Lemon Ginger Cheesecake (RAW)


For our first ever #sweetsunday honey feature - 🍋 LEMON GINGER 🍋
For the month of January we’ll be dropping fun new uses/recipes for our lemon ginger honey.

Our first recipe is a Lemon Ginger Chia Cheesecake, although after we all had a taste we decided that “Lemon Nut Pie” may be a more appropriate title. This recipe was super quick & easy to throw together, and is gluten free, dairy free, raw & guilt free! And we must add, when we hear those things, we tend to assume a treat won’t taste that great, however, this was a light, lemony & totally tasty desert that the whole family loved!

One side note - after making our “nut pie”/“cheesecake” we'd like to note it would really help to line your dish with parchment paper, as we were unable to get it out of the bowl to take photos of. We did note this on the prep instructions as well. Enjoy!!
